台北今天早上只有12度，而且溫度將會持續下滑，高山地區可能會下四月雪。人類行為已改變全球氣候特徵，諸如劇烈的異常大氣變化，平均海溫上升，冰川瓦解，熱帶雨林消失，加上未來面臨石油用盡需找尋替代方案問題外，全球水資源也將變得匱乏，會不會有一天水比原油貴呢?記的電影 The Day After Tomorrow 就是在描述溫室效應下大自然的反撲，會不會電影裡的情節會真實反映到不久的將來呢?這些問題，在我有生之年可能會發生呢，有點擔憂。
未來做水資源相關事業將會掌控全球經濟命脈嗎？

Of course, I can always write you an email, but I usually write one when I have a big update in my life. Anyway, just to say hi and hope you'll find time come visit Vancouver some day!
Since I'm replying to this topic of yours, I'll give some input. Water based energy is possible, it depends on when government or big corporations finally give up their greed, and care about environment. Or when we run out of natural oil resources, and natural disasters hit us due to climate change. Either way. Here's the current technology on Hydro Fuel Cell, I'm sure you know them already. I've learned about it back in Highschool in my Chemestry class, that was long time ago.
